In almost 30 years leading Human Resources areas I have been working for multicultural environments in diverse segments supporting of various level of the businesses cycles. I had opportunities to handle the whole HR functions ,as well, employees work safety, Internal Communication and more recently I was responsible for the implementation the ESG strategy. I am very proud of my career as I had opportunity to learn from diverse cultures, led a very professional HR team of various size, from small to cross functional, always with proven records of results.
