During my time at Catho I re-oriented the company from revenue seeking to value delivery, creating a metric to measure the value delivered and increasing it over 50% YoY for 3 years. This was a combination of things spanning from launching new features, like a “wikipedia for professions” to using AI to match job seekers and hirers to changing the compensation model for the Customer Success and sales teams to focus them on this value delivery. That also included involving my direct team and Catho’s shareholders, seek.com (an Australian group that invests in several job related web properties)
