Led the development and implementation of strategic products, including IAM and CIAM, to strengthen security protocols for Itaú Bank's banking services. Directed customer insights and market research efforts, leveraging market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior to drive product strategy. Developed and managed four open-source products, fostering over 5K community contributions. Oversaw a team of eight, built an ecosystem, and gained recognition at technology events through talks on Open Source. One of these products, Horusec, was recognized and presented on the Black Hat Community in The United States in 2024. Designed two security solutions to improve employee identity management and application behavior monitoring, with one product, LivePass, supporting around 2.5K employees in authentication management.
