+ 12 years of experience in auditing and consulting, particularly within the financial sector (banking, payments, fintechs, and insurance). I bring a blend of deep industry expertise in Internal Audit, Governance, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Controls, and Strategy. I have led multiple transformational projects across various financial services segments, including strategy design, business and operating model transformation, fintech setup, and pre-M&A due diligence. I have also been instrumental in expanding financial services into non-financial sectors, such as retail, through embedded finance initiatives, while expertly navigating complex regulatory landscapes such as Open Finance and Payments (Pix). Additionally, I have led projects involving Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA), developing methodologies to assess the economic impact of regulatory solutions.

I specialize in aligning business objectives with regulatory requirements, particularly in the contexts of the Central Bank and SUSEP, driving business development and new products while mitigating risks through a sharp legal and regulatory perspective, closely connected to operational and business models.

Moreover, I have led the development of digital B2B solutions (SaaS models) and managed product portfolios from strategy definition to market launch, collaborating closely with Product, Technology, and Marketing teams.

Projeto de destaque
I structured and led the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) area for Too Seguros by driving core activities in Compliance, Risk, and Internal Controls. I managed regulatory obligations, signing off on SUSEP-compliant control and regulatory reports and reporting outcomes directly to key stakeholders [BTG and CEF], including the CEO. I evaluated the business environment for COSO alignment, implementing best practices across Control Environment, Risk Assessment, Control Activities, Information & Communication, and Monitoring Activities. Additionally, I performed critical Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) functions, creating a risk assessment matrix, defining a risk appetite statement, and developing dashboards to monitor key risk areas.
I oversaw enhancements to the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) covering IT, operational, and human resource processes. My role also included managing Operational Risk monitoring, which involved analyzing and improving failed controls to prevent future losses. I spearheaded corporate compliance initiatives, including designing and executing a Compliance Program and delivering Compliance training. I ensured ongoing adherence to standards through regular reviews of Operational Standards and closely monitored CNSP and SUSEP regulations to proactively integrate new requirements. In addressing control gaps, I presented targeted recommendations and implemented enhancements, establishing best practices to minimize future risk exposures.
